Abstract

Innovation is the soul of national progress, the inexhaustible motive force for the country to move forward, a source of business growth and the important factor of economic restructuring, coordination and sustainable development of economics, social and science. In the innovative theoretical research system, the national innovation system theory is used to explain the promotion of the region, industry and enterprise innovation and the relationship between technological innovation and economic development as an important content. As the operation mechanism of promoting modern technology revolution, the establishment of the national innovation system can effectively solve the market failure, government failure and system failure, which is a kind of system arrangement. National innovation system is a foundation of the interaction among the innovation subjects and the interaction between innovation subjects and innovation environment. Innovation system, innovation policy, innovation environment and innovation element flow and configuration of the national level play an important role in supporting enhancement of region and enterprises innovation capability.

This book starts from the national innovation system development process and the relevant domestic and foreign theories and research, and is based on the frame of national innovation system, using the theoretical lens of the innovation capability, studying on the influence of knowledge production, management and institution supply on enterprise's innovation capability; discusses the innovation power and performance evaluation and the relationship between qualitative and quantitative upon innovation input-output; puts forwards to the issues about innovation of internationalization and localization and the ways for enterprises, government, universities and research institutions to realize with together of them.

This book studies through of theoretical and practical methods, qualitative and quantitative methods, putting forwards up the related concept of the national innovation system, enterprise innovation abilities and innovation performance, giving the theoretical model and standard of measurement, and to modify models according to results from empirical study conclusions, analyzing the effect mechanism of the national innovation system on enterprise innovation capability and innovation performance and that the government can coordinate internal generation and external effects and maintain a unified policy.
