10.2　Buggy Ladle

10.2.1　The buggy ladle to be supplied as a whole should be lifted on the track for checking.In case that the grease is expired，or deteriorative or contaminated and the ladle cannot run flexibly and may be jammed sometimes，the ladle shall be properly marked at first，and then dismantled and cleaned according to the requirement of the design technical document or the current national standard of General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering GB 50231.

10.2.2　The buggy ladle to be supplied in parts should be assembled on the track after well cleaned.

10.2.3　The buggy ladle shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1　Four control points shall be arranged on the track according to the span and the tread，resulting in a rectangular control network.The deviation of the span and diagonal of buggy ladle shall be inspected.

2　The span shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±2.0mm.The diagonals of the wheels shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.The error of wheels'position under the same side sill shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 2.0mm.

3　As for the towing cable device，the center lines of its towing drums shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm；its levelness shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.5/1000.

4　As for hauling-chain cable device，the towing brackets shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm，the elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.The levelness shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0/1000.
