4　Equipment and Material Mobilization

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　This chapter shall be applicable to the acceptance of equipment and material mobilization for installation of hydraulic，lubrication and pneumatic equipment.

4.1.2　In case of equipment handling and lifting，the lifting point shall be the position marked on the equipment or its packing case，and protective measures shall be taken to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to improper handling or lifting.

4.1.3　Prior to installation of equipment and elements，it is required to carry out open package inspection and make records accordingly.The equipment shall be protected after open package and then timely installed.

4.1.4　Upon mobilization，the raw materials shall be stacked orderly according to their specifications and also protected from being damaged.
